Fast-Paced, High- Energy Action!

Step onto the pitch and experience the thrill of six-a-side cricket in the heart of South Africa’s most electric city! The Jozi Sixes brings together social and competitive teams for an action-packed tournament, played in a fast, fun, and festival-style format.

Venue: Wanderers Stadium & The Wanderers Club from 9AM on 2nd & 3rd May.

8 teams per league ONLY (1st come, 1st served)
8 players per team (on field), 2 reserves (squad of 10)
6 overs per side, bat out full innings for bonus points
Maximum of 1 over per bowler
Powerplay – first 2 overs, only 2 fielders outside the ring
Extras – wides & no-balls = 4 runs & no extra delivery, except the last over. What a pressure cooker!

GOLF
TEE OFF WITH A VIEW

Date: Thursday 1st May: Golf Sixes 08:30am

Venue: Wanderers Golf Club

Format: SIXES TEAM GOLF shotgun start. 2 players per team. Pairings of 2 play 6 holes at a time. 2 points for a win, 1 for a halved match. Round robin, followed by knockout.

Prizes & geez: nearest to the pins, longest drives, best dressed team, Six team prizes, watering holes, activations & 19th hole like no other.

Price: R2000 per team (2 players per team)

PADEL
The Fastest Growing Sport in the World!

Get ready to rally, volley, and smash your way through the The Wanderers Sixes Padel Tournament! Set in a high-energy, social, and fun environment, this sport is easy to learn but hard to master – making it perfect for everyone.

Venue: Padel at The Wanderers Club from11:00am

Schedule: We have two specific dates for our Jozi tournament.

Friday 2 May 2025 from 11:00am to 3pm

Saturday 3 May from 11:00am to 2pm

Leagues: We have 3 leagues at our tournaments which are Woman, Mixed and Men

Price: R1200 Per Team

Match Format: We’re playing Team Americano a 21-point match format that maximises the number of matches per team in a fun and social setting.
Teams: The game is primarily played in doubles, emphasising teamwork and strategic play.
Serving: Serves must be underhand and initiated from behind the service line. The ball must bounce once in the opponent’s service box and may rebound off the wall.
Scoring: The first team to reach 21 points wins the match
Prizes: There are great prizes up for grabs for 1st and 2nd place in each league. as well as awards for the best dressed and best. ‘gees’ teams.
Prizes include: Sixes festival Vouchers, Playtomic Vouchers, Castle Hampers, Wine Hampers, and much more!
